Universal Packaging incorporated in
1960, originally as manufacturers representatives for many manufacturing
companies covering a full range of processing, bottling, canning and packaging
machinery.
Universal pioneered many of the innovations
which today are standard procedures in the soft drink industry. Starting
in 1980 Universal introduced the concept that a bottle filler will last
many years if properly maintained, but will become obsolete only because
of increased speed requirements.. We figured that if the valves could fill
faster, the filler could operate at greater speeds. It was then that we
designed filling valves which not only filled faster but with better filling
quality and less maintenance. Therefore instead of replacing the filler
for more production speed it would only be necessary to install our ULTRA-SPEED®
filling valves.
Valves and related components are our
only products. It is our opinion that the filler is the "star" of the filling
line and filling valves are the "star" of the filler. What you put thru
the filler is where you put your "product on the line".
